~We NEVER charge a buyers premium.

~We accept cash, credit (with a 4.5% premium) and GOOD checks (with proper ID/subject to approval).

~All buyers are required to pay 6% Michigan Sales Tax unless proof of exemption is produced.

~A valid Driver's License or State-Issued ID is required to register for all auctions.

~All items must be paid for on the day of the auction.

~Items are sold as-is and do not come with a guarantee, and all sales are final.
