We'd like to welcome Chef Mike to our new little cafe area! He is a culinary chef from Novi, MI. His specialties include mouthwatering pulled pork, Philly steak sandwiches, homemade soups & chili, fantabulous coneys (NOT FROM A CAN), fried turkey sandwiches, catfish & more. We can say from personal experience that his pulled pork is the best we've ever tasted. If you are coming to one of our auctions, you really want to bring your appetite! Chef Mike offers delicious meals and a full snack bar.
